How This Works
- OptomCAS costs $190 for one school and $85 for each additional school for 2026–27. Fees aren't refunded for any reason.
- Supplemental fees come from each school's line on OptomCAS's 2026–27 deadlines page. A school shown as "none listed" has no supplemental fee on that page. Schools set their own, so confirm before you pay.
- The OAT was $520 for the testing year ending June 30, 2026. We believe it is the same for 2026–27 but couldn't confirm it on an ADA page, so check when you register. Fee waivers exist for financial need.
- Not included: official transcripts, Professional Transcript Entry, interview travel, test prep, and Drexel's Casper test. We couldn't source those prices; see what it costs to apply.
New England's supplemental fee has waivers available, and Ohio State charges $70 to international applicants. Applicants last cycle applied to about 4.3 schools on average. Not sure which to pick? Try the stats checker, then see what four years costs in the cost calculator.
